14/09/2021

Within the framework of the Strategy for Reforms in the Police of the Republic of Armenia and the 2020-2022 Action Plan deriving from the Strategy, in November 2021, a five-month training for the second stream of students to be appointed to positions in the Police Patrol Service of the Republic of Armenia will be launched at the Police Educational Complex of the Republic of Armenia.

An open competition is announced for the selection of trainers to be involved in the training, which will be held in two phases:

acceptance of documents from 15 September to 24 September 2021;

conduct of interview from October 4to 15 October 2021.

The competition is open to those with higher education in the field of the subject (module) being taught, and to those with at least 3 years of professional experience in the given field.

Thetrainers having passed the competition will be paid AMD 6000 (including taxes) for one 80-minute training session (two academic hours), and the trainers from the teaching staff of the Police Educational Complex of the Republic of Armenia will be given an additional payment in accordance with the established procedure.

In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to submit the required documents(according to Annex 1) — in the form of a single PDF file — to the following two e-mail addresses at a time: patroltraining@yahoo.com and patrol@moj.am.

In the application, you can specify more than one module (subject), according to the list indicated in Annex 3.

Instead of the application, police officers should submit to the specified e-mail addresses a reporting notice, with the same content, addressed to the Head of the Police Educational Complex of the Republic of Armenia. The reporting notice of police officers who are not employees of the Police Educational Complex of the Republic of Armenia must contain the signature of the head of their subdivision that the latter does not object to the submission of the reporting notice.

If you have participated in an open competition for trainers conducting trainings for first-stream students to be appointed to positions in the Police Patrol Service of the Republic of Armenia, it is sufficient to submit only the application without the other required documents (unless the identification documents have been changed) and to mention in the application that the required documents had been submitted when participating in the first competition.

Annex 4 should provide an overview of the subject or module of one lesson selected so that the Interview Commission has a preliminary idea of the teaching methods you are proposing.
